1. Yoga with Adriene
Yoga with Adriene is one of the world's most famous Yoga instructors the modern age knows. Her YouTube channel has almost 10 million followers, while her Instagram has another 1.2 million. She's made Yoga accessible for so many of us without the budget or proximity for in-studio classes. A large part of Adriene's appeal is that she creates hundreds of classes just for beginners. With simpler poses, easier transitions, and more explanation about how to do each one, beginners are in good hands.

2. Blogilates
Cassey has been in the fitness world for a long time, and she has developed an amazing following for herself. She developed Blogilates, which is the number one fitness channel for women on YouTube.
Blogilates has been around for more than a decade. Host Cassey Ho has filled her joyful channel with an endless amount of videos, mostly centered around pilates, as the name implies. These workouts tend to be less intense but we enjoy them for the non-stop talking and encouragement. It feels like you've known Ho for years! Most of her workouts range from 5 minutes to 30 minutes.

3. POPSUGAR Fitness
This is a fantastic channel for improving health and fitness. Anna Renderer, fitness expert/coach hosts the channel. Many workouts and exercises are fun to do yet also challenging.
The best feature about the channel is that it provides a time meter to go along with the program. The most important aspect of the channel is you have three people helping you to exercise, Anna, being the center and having the other two with the one on the left (by video standard) providing modification while the one on the right providing advancement or progression.
A great feature of modification and progression, amazing trainers, and structure of exercises. If you love a fun workout to burn major calories and lose weight, then this channel is for you.
